Francisco Zhao

Mr. Zhao graduated from University of International Relations, Beijing. He has obtained the bachelor degree in law from 1998. After his graduation from Beijing, he has been engaged in migration laws for Australia and New Zealand and Canada. Mr. Zhao has successfully helped quite numbers of family to migrate from China to Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Francisco has been engaged in operating business in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney and Hobart. He familiarise with Australian business legislations and civil legislation, tax legislation etc as well as the business environment.

Francisco has been engaged in a role of standing Justice of the Peace in Queensland since 2014. At the mean time, Francisco became a member of Queensland Justice Association since 2014. He participated in the committee board meeting with the committee members of QJA.

Francisco Zhao is an authorised civil marriage celebrant, Commonwealth of Australia, he also is the Civil Partnership Notary in Queensland. He has been a well standing Justice of the Peace for several years, he has served our community at signing centre at Queensland Justice Association, headquarter of Justice of the Peace Branch of Department of Justice and Attorney General Queensland Government etc. He had also been involved in providing Justice of the Peace legal service to our community at Magistrate Court Brisbane. Therefore he maintained rich experience in assisting our community in providing service.

Since 2017, Francisco has been authorised by the Commonwealth Justice Department to assist the pending couple to register their marriage, holding the marriage ceremony and enable the pending couple married under Australian marriage law.

Since 17 Oct 2017, Francisco was authorised by Queensland Government to monitor the civil partnership ceremony。（https://www.qld.gov.au/law/births-deaths-marriages-and-divorces/marriage-weddings-and-civil-partnerships/civil-partnerships/find-a-civil-partnership-notary）

Since 2019, Francisco represents Guangdong Wonder Law Firm to accept the consultation in relate to all legal consultation business rendered between China and Australia.
