Lin Zhiming

Zhao was arrested by Huangpu Police Station, Guangzhou, subsequently he had been investigated by Huangpu Criminal Squad. And Huangpu Criminal Squad lodged criminal sue against Zhao. The Huangpu Procuratorate assessed this case, then sent it back to the police station for further investigation.

The procuratorate identified this case as facts not substantial, insufficient evidences, and it did not meet the criteria for official litigation, therefore determined not to proceed with litigation with Zhao.

In 2008, Yu intended to invest in Mei County for a service station, Yu then asked for help from County Committee Secretary Luo, Luo then extend the connections for Yu, Yu accordingly had been granded the construction qualification. Yu was sued by Shanwei People’s Procuratorate to Shanwei Intermediate People’s Law Court, accusing his bribery conviction. Case briefing:
2011-2012, Zhuang was employed by Xuanrong Automobile Accessories owned by Zhuang *cuan, during this period, he assisted Zhuang *cuan selling fake registered American GE Automobile Co., trademark “GM” and etc GE automobile accessories. At the same year, Zhuang was arrested by Police, at site fraudulent registered American GE automobile accessories worth of CNY534709 had been seized.

Legal consequence:
Zhuang was sued by Yuexiu People’ s Procuratorate to Yuexiu People’s Law Court, being charged for his selling fraudulent registered merchants. Zhuang was sentenced the conviction of sales fraudulent registered trademark merchants crime two years in prison, the suspension probation two years and six months.

Case briefing:
Zheng cooperated with Shen (same case being charged), dating the victim Liang to Wan Guo Plaza level 5. Zheng slapped, bash with fist and kick Liang due to Liang abused Ying Chen in the past. Case briefing:
On 18th April 2014, Wang *ming had disputes with Wang *gang in vehicle giving way at International Economics Trade Building Underground Level carpark, exchanging blows. Afterwards Wang *ming intended to further discuss with Wang *gang at the company of colleagues with Zhang and Zhang *gang and Wang *qing, thanks to unable to locate Wang *gang, Wang *ming and Zhang smashed the vehicle owned by Guangzhou Trades and Economics Information centre, lead to the sabotage of that vehicle.

After incident, Wang *ming and Zhang *gang surrender themselves, reached oral agreement for the vehicle damage compensation. Subsequently Guangzhou Trades and Economics Information Centre disagree with the oral memo between Wang *gang and Wang *ming, Wang *ming covered all the disbursement of all repairs outgoings then Wang *ming obtained forgiveness.

Legal consequence:
Zhang was sued by Guangzhou Yuexiu People’ s Procuratorate to Guangzhou Yuexiu People’ s Law Court, charged the crime of sabotage.
