Xu Linhong(Management Committee Standing Deputy Director, Full time lawyer)
After graduating from university in 2004, Xu Linhong has been engaged in criminal trials at base branch of people’s court in Guangzhou. He kept processing an annual average of more than 400 cases, and has hosted and co-organized more than 3,000 criminal cases, and accumulated rich experience in criminal handling.
In 2011, he passed the selection examination and entered the fourth court of a criminal trial of some people’s court. He mainly handled second-instance judgments and death penalty review cases of major criminal offences such as intentional injury, intentional homicide, robbery, and drug trafficking.
